Sarah Noake

Sarah is a Private Client solicitor with an international focus. She assists both UK and non-UK domiciled clients who own assets in other jurisdictions with co-ordinated Will planning; advises on domicile status; inheritance tax; trusts and lifetime tax planning.

She has particular experience assisting US citizens who are UK resident with the UK aspects of their estate planning, for both lifetime and on death, taking account of the US factors.

Clients appreciate Sarah’s concise and practical advice for a wide range of private client matters including Will drafting, trust advice, domicile and residence advice, lasting powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning.

Sarah is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
