Sarah is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and specialises in residential property having qualified with Downs in 2017. She took a short break to work for national housebuilders working on plot sales and part exchange transactions for three years before returning to Downs in 2020.
She has experience acting in a wide range of property transactions including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity and remortgages. She also has experience in new build transactions. Sarah acts for a broad range of clients acting for private individuals such as first time buyers as well as property investors and companies.
Sarah has great knowledge of the local area having lived in the Godalming area all her life. Outside of work, Sarah has a young family who she loves spending time with and exploring what the local area has to offer. She also enjoys reading and baking.
