Devi joined Downs in 2022 as a Senior Associate in the Residential Property Team and has worked in the residential property sector over 20 years.
She has experience in the property market dealing with many aspects of residential property matters including acquisitions and sales of leasehold and freehold properties, along with acting for private individuals, companies, property investors and UK Lenders. She also has specialised in development work in London representing lenders, developers and buyers. Devi has a range of clients from Executor to Attorney sales, first time buyers, company investors, individuals buying and selling their homes, and has experience in acting for parties where they require development finance. Outside of work Devi is a keen committee member of the Association of Women Solicitors, Surrey and teaches yoga as a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200). She has a passion for cooking and since having moved to Surrey enjoys long walks and hiking in the local area.
