Lauren is a Senior Associate in our Dispute teams, specialising in property related disputes. Lauren has advised individuals and businesses on all aspects of property and land disputes since qualification in 2008, with experience in:
- Residential Landlord and tenant disputes advising both landlords and tenants as to their options with rights of first refusal, services charges, right to manage, lease extensions and enfranchisement.
- Disputes relating to land including adverse possession, boundary disputes, rights of way, restrictive covenants and nuisance.
- Commercial Landlord and tenant disputes, advising both landlord and tenants, including lease renewal, enforcement of lease terms and dilapidations.
- Recovery of property or land both for residential and commercial landlords including recover from squatters. Advising residential and commercial tenants on their options when faced with possession.
- Professional negligence claims in a property context.
Lauren has represented clients in both the Courts and Tribunals and undertakes mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Lauren is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
