Joanna Pashley

Joanna is a Senior Associate in the Private Client department. Qualifying in 2012, she has been with Downs since 2015.

Joanna has experience with many areas within the Private Client sector, specialising in Wills, administration of estates and Powers of Attorney. Working with a variety of clients, Joanna has considerable experience in dealing with complex estates, including those of high value, or with complex family arrangements, or intestacies.  

Additionally, Joanna assists with obtaining English Grants for foreign domicile, advising regarding Digital Assets, and advising on contentious estate matters.

Joanna has been STEP affiliated since 2023.

Outside of work, Joanna enjoys running and DIY, along with spending time with her husband and twins, often exploring the local National Trust parks together.
