We are delighted to make a financial donation to Farncombe Day Centre towards their redecoration works. The Day Centre which is managed by Age UK Farncombe and run by a committed team of volunteers is open to everyone over the age of 50 who lives in the Waverley area. In addition to providing lunches, coffee and tea, they also organise a range of different social activities and entertainment, minibus pick-up and return, chiropody, hairdressing and assisted bathing.
Centre Manager, Annette Clarke, said "We are grateful to Downs for their support and interest in our work to support the elderly in the local community."
