Simon Fulford from Downs Solicitors’ Godalming office and has been ranked in the Chambers and Partners list which identifies, ranks and differentiates the best talent in law across the globe.
Partner and Dispute Resolution specialist Simon achieved Band 3 for his work in Real Estate litigation in the South. He was recognised for his strengths in lease renewals and dilapidation claims, with comments including "Simon is truly exceptional" and “Simon is a very technical lawyer. He is very detailed in his preparation and really easy to work with."
The news follows Downs Solicitors’, which has other offices in Dorking, Godalming and Cobham, award in four practice areas of the highly regarded Legal 500 series for Corporate and Commercial services in Kent, Surrey and Sussex, as well as Commercial Property, Insolvency/Corporate Recovery and Real Estate. Plus, for the first time in 2023, Downs Solicitors has been awarded a ranking for Employment services.
