Downs were delighted to be the main sponsor of this year's Betchworth Park Golf Club Pro-Am. The Pro Am is a Southern Region PGA event that has been running for over 17 years and regularly atttacts up to 200 players making it one of the largest team events run by the South Region PGA. The event is a great way to raise money for the Captains' charity which this year is Winston's Wish.
The Downs's team led by Partner, Julian Harvey and his two guests Richard Hall and Amreek Sachdev, were joined by PGA Pro, Martin Woodbridge. The triumphant team finished third with a score of 128 just four points behind the winning team.
