The Insolvency Rules 1986 are likely to be replaced wholesale by new Rules later this year which are likely to provide, inter alia:

Debtor Bankruptcy Petitions will be determined by an adjudicator outside the Court.
No prescribed form of individual Statutory Demand or creditors Bankruptcy Petition (so presumably we can make one up?).
The removal of prescribed meetings e.g. for CVA/IVA.
