Administrative Assistant - Part-time - Competitive

Dorking, Surrey

We are looking to recruit a part-time (2 days a week) Administration Assistant who will be based in our Dorking office.

The successful candidate will be required to assist in the smooth running of the Firm by providing a range of support and general office services as listed below. A high degree of self motivation, initiative and good communication skills are needed.

The main duties include;

  • Mail distribution
  • Data Input –Attention to detail and accuracy required
  • File retrieval
  • Post duties
  • Other administrative tasks as required

No previous experience is required. You must possess good numeracy, literacy and basic computer skill and be of smart appearance.
